Flower Poems Our World

Sweet lilies growing 'neath the trees,

Heads nodding gently in the breeze;

    White robed apostles, standing tall -

     Of flowers, most elegant of all.

Upon a coffin, simply lain,

You rest beneath the gentle rain

     And mark the end of life's hard fight -

     Three perfect lilies, pure and white.
